Terms of Service
1. What this app is
Ball Battle Uploader ("the app") is a private, non-commercial tool run by Berkan Gül ("the operator"). It generates short animated videos and uploads them as drafts to the operator's own TikTok account through the official TikTok Content Posting API. The operator reviews and publishes every draft manually in the TikTok app.
2. Who may use it
The app is not offered to the public. Only the operator uses it, with the operator's own TikTok account. There is no sign-up and no service for other people.
3. Content
All videos are created by the app itself (animated balls with country flags). Flag images are used under the MIT licence (flag-icons), national anthem recordings are public domain recordings from Wikimedia Commons. The operator is responsible for every video published on the operator's account and follows the TikTok Community Guidelines.
4. TikTok
The app uses TikTok services. The TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Guidelines apply in addition to these terms. The app is not made, endorsed or supported by TikTok.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages resulting from its use. Liability for intent and gross negligence and mandatory statutory liability remain unaffected.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
